Bismarck Library offers free Bug Kits to promote outdoor activities

The Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library (BVMPL) and Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health (BBPH) have joined forces to distribute free Bug Kits. These kits are part of an initiative to encourage outdoor activities as April begins, promoting the health benefits of enjoying nature which include enhancing mental health, increasing physical fitness, lowering stress, and raising energy levels.

The giveaway is scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025, and will start at 9:00 a.m. at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library’s Children’s Library. The event is open to all age groups, and the media is invited to attend.
