Judge James Boasberg from the United States District Court in the District of Columbia has dismissed the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe's latest case aiming to cease operations of the Dakota Access Pipeline. The decision was in response to a motion filed by the state of North Dakota.
After the court's ruling, Senator Kevin Cramer from North Dakota commented on the outcome, expressing his support.
