The NDSU Equestrian Center is set to host a family-oriented event titled "Stable Connections: Horses and Families Together" on March 29, 2025. The event aims to provide both educational and recreational activities for families with children aged five and older.

Children will engage in equine-based experiences under supervision, while parents attend sessions focused on strengthening family relationships and enhancing parenting skills. Organizers describe it as "a unique opportunity to bond with your child, connect with other families, and learn together in an exciting environment."

The event will take place from 10 am to 1 pm Central Time at the NDSU Equine Center located at 5140 19th Ave N Fargo, ND. Lunch will be provided during the session. The class is free of charge for North Dakota residents; however, space is limited.

For more information or requests related to disability accommodations, interested parties are encouraged to contact Laura Knox via email at laura.m.knox@ndsu.edu or by phone at 701-740-4041. It is advised that accommodation requests be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
