The North Dakota Department of Commerce, in collaboration with Deloitte, is conducting a survey to evaluate and enhance the state's workforce ecosystem. This initiative aims to gather insights from employers across North Dakota about their workforce challenges and needs.

"This survey provides a valuable opportunity for North Dakota employers to directly shape the future of our workforce development strategies," stated Commerce Workforce Development Director Katie Ralston Howe. "Their input is crucial as we strive to address workforce challenges, support businesses, and strengthen economic growth across the state."

The survey seeks feedback on various aspects such as hiring, training, and retention strategies. The data collected will be used to refine workforce development initiatives and improve coordination between employers and public or private resources.

Employers in North Dakota from all sectors are encouraged to participate. Those best suited to provide input include owners, managers, and HR representatives. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete with one anonymous submission per employer required. Interested parties can access the survey at https://deloittesurvey.deloitte.com/Community/se/3FC11B2648F08E27 before the deadline on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 11:59 p.m. CST.
