Senator John Hoeven released a statement following the Senate's confirmation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). The appointment by President Trump comes with the goal of enhancing national health.

Hoeven remarked, “President Trump selected Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to serve as HHS Secretary with a mandate to improve the health of our nation." He noted that during discussions with Kennedy, there was an emphasis on collaboration with various stakeholders, including farmers, ranchers, and school nutritionists.
