The Oliver County Commission has announced a special meeting scheduled for February 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM CST. The meeting will take place both in-person and via phone at the Oliver County Meeting Room.
The governing body has outlined an agenda that includes calling the meeting to order, an executive session, and discussions concerning a pending or reasonably predictable lawsuit. It is noted that some topics may be discussed in executive session rather than in the public portion of the meeting.
In cases where this is a regular meeting, additional topics might be considered. However, if it remains a special meeting, discussions will focus solely on the listed topics and executive sessions.
