The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a $10,097,097 contract to BCSS, LLC. This contract is intended for the excavation, replacement, and repaving of the Highway 75 intersection as part of the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project.

The funding comes from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), which was fully paid for and supported by U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers received $437 million under this law to complete all remaining federal work for the diversion project.
