The Jamestown Community Foundation recently awarded a $2,500 grant to SMP Health - Ave Maria Village that will purchase portable oxygen concentrators for residents who participate in physical therapy at the facility!
The Jamestown Community Foundation was created in 1983 through the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce. They provide a convenient and efficient tax-exempt local organization for donors to fund worthy causes in Jamestown.
