Central Dakota Children's Choir issued the following announcement.
Today's Senior Spotlight features 5-year CDCC singer, Alece Blazek. Alece will graduate from Legacy and plans to attend college and work in the medical field. She is in the National Honor Society, has lettered in inclusive bowling, flag football, basketball and choir. She is involved in Cross Training Ministries.
One of her favorite memories from CDCC is getting to sing in the Christmas concert in fourth grade with her sister. She says, “Music and singing has always been an outlet for whenever I needed something to break the silence or express emotion. CDCC has brought many lives together which I think is the big thing for me. So many different walks of life meet together once a week to do something we all love which is singing and learning music. I have gained so many important relationships from being in CDCC that will last a lifetime.”
