We must work together to improve housing, education, food, transportation and the environment to support equity, resilience and the health of our communities and the people who live, work, play and learn here.
-WCDHU partners with Faith in Action and Neighbors Helping Neighbors to ensure transportation assistance exists for those who are facing barriers in getting to and from medical appointments
-WCDHU partners with the Great Plains Food Bank to supply backpack lunches on weekends to youth who face food insecurities at home
-WCDHU partners with the Great Plains Food Bank in getting the word out about the Senior Commodity Program and getting food into the hands of qualifying seniors!
-WCDHU partners with the Great Plains Food Bank to promote local Food Truck stops!
