North Dakota Council on the Arts issued the following announcement on March 25.

Beginning in April 2022, all organizations applying for funds from NDCA will be required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) from SAM.gov.
NDCA encourages all organizations who have received funding in the past, are currently receiving funds, or planning to request future funding, to apply for a new UEI.
