Kelly Armstrong's campaign committee refunds $1,485 to Henry Richter

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Kelly Armstrong, Armstrong for Congress, refunded $1,485 to Henry Richter on April 14, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Armstrong for Congress refunded $16,685 total since November 1, 2019.
