Graduates earn 93 degrees, certificates from United Tribes Technical College

About 19.4 percent of the 93 degrees and certificates handed out by United Tribes Technical College in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Bismarck conferred 11 associate's degrees and 7 bachelor's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in construction/heavy equipment/earthmoving equipment operation. Data shows the school gave out 14 certificates in construction/heavy equipment/earthmoving equipment operation, followed by 10 associate's degrees in criminal justice/safety studies and 9 associate's degrees in licensed practical/vocational nurse training.

The college enrolled 429 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
