Bowen Avenue will be closed from the afternoon of Thursday, October 16, until the morning of Wednesday, October 22. The closure is to accommodate upcoming events at the Bismarck Event Center.
The Bismarck Event Center manages three facilities in the area: the Arena, Exhibit Hall, and Belle Mehus Auditorium. The center hosts various sporting events, concerts, shows, conventions, and meetings throughout the year, utilizing over 200,000 square feet of space.
