The Pride of Dakota Showcase is set to return to the State Fair Center in Minot on October 24 and 25. The event will feature over 100 companies presenting a variety of products made in North Dakota.

Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said, “This year’s Pride of Dakota Showcase features more than 100 companies offering unique, North Dakota-made products. Shoppers will find thousands of products to choose from, including gourmet food, wine and spirits, books, jewelry, apparel, personal care, pottery, quilting, photography and framed art, children's items and more.”

The showcase will be open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Admission and shopping bags are free for attendees through sponsorship by the Bank of North Dakota College SAVE Plan. Parking is also available at no cost for those attending the event.

This year’s showcase introduces several new activities. These include a food and wine experience scheduled for Friday evening between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., cooking demonstrations by Gourmet Chef on both days, an Ag in the Classroom area with hands-on activities for children, hourly drawings for Pride of Dakota bucks on Friday, and an opportunity to win a $200 shopping spree.

Retailers are encouraged to attend the event as well. Goehring stated, “This is a great opportunity to purchase a few items to try in your store before establishing a wholesale order. Plus, retailers can support a fellow North Dakota small business in the process. It’s a chance to begin a working relationship that could be beneficial for many companies and local retail stores.”

A full list of participating companies can be found by viewing the map at https://www.prideofdakota.nd.gov/events/minot2025/by.

Additional Holiday Showcases are planned for later this year in Grand Forks (November 14-15), Fargo (November 21-22), and Bismarck (December 5-6).

The Pride of Dakota program is managed by the North Dakota Department of Agriculture. It offers member businesses opportunities such as cooperative marketing events, educational programs, and representation at marketing expositions at various levels. The program currently includes over 500 member companies.
