The Tri-Level bridge at the intersection of Interstate 29 southbound and Interstate 94 eastbound in Fargo will be reduced to a single lane on Monday, August 18 and Tuesday, August 19. The North Dakota Department of Transportation announced that this closure is necessary for deck sealing and a routine inspection of the bridge.

According to the department, traffic control measures will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on both days. During this period, the right lane and right shoulder will be closed, and vehicles wider than 18 feet will not be permitted due to an imposed width restriction. Speed limits through the work zone will also be lowered.

Minor traffic delays are expected as a result of these changes. The North Dakota Department of Transportation advises drivers to remain attentive, follow posted detours, and prepare for possible congestion.

"Motorists are reminded to pay attention, follow the signed detour and be aware of traffic congestion," stated the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
