The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is requesting public input on a proposed amendment to the 2025-2028 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The amendment would add a new project in Dickinson for a mill and overlay on 10th Avenue East, with an estimated cost of $2,450,000.

Community members can review the current STIP by visiting the NDDOT website at www.dot.nd.gov. To access the document, users should navigate to “Construction & Planning,” then select “Transportation Plans & Programs,” and finally click on the link for “Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) 2025-28.”

Comments regarding the amendment must be submitted by August 20, 2025. They can be mailed to Michael Wilz at NDDOT, 608 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck, ND 58505-0700, or emailed to mwilz@nd.gov with “2025 State Federal-Aid Roadway Projects” as the subject line.

According to NDDOT: "The NDDOT will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide an accessible meeting facility or other accommodation for people with disabilities. Language interpretation and translation services will be available upon request for this meeting."
