The Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library will host Librarypalooza 2025, a free community event on August 14, 2025. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Bismarck Public Library and aims to bring together people of all ages for an evening of activities.
Librarypalooza will feature live music, food, face painting, craft projects, balloon artists, bingo, and interactive displays. The celebration also marks the 50th anniversary of the Burleigh County Library & Bookmobile.
According to organizers, "This free community event, sponsored by the Friends of the Bismarck Public Library, invites everyone to experience an evening filled with live music, delicious food, and a variety of engaging activities, including face painting, craft projects, balloon artists, bingo, and interactive displays, all designed to connect and inspire. We’ll also be celebrating the milestone 50th anniversary of the Burleigh County Library & Bookmobile!"
The event is open to all ages and encourages attendees to explore library resources and connect with others in the community. Organizers state: "Whether you’re a book lover, a crafter, a gamer, or simply looking for a fun night out, there’s something for everyone at the library. Explore the vast resources the library has to offer, connect with fellow community members, and experience firsthand why You Belong Here!"
