Owen Laessig delivered a walk-off sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 10th inning to secure a win for the Larks against the MoonDogs. With runners on first and third and no outs, Laessig hit a fly ball to left field that allowed Kayde Iranon to score from third, breaking a 7-7 tie.

“I missed the first two, and I knew that a strikeout wasn’t an option,” said Laessig. “I just had to buck up, get on the plate, and put something in the air deep.”

The game featured three solo home runs for the Larks. Kayde Iranon, Isaiah Parido, and Kimo Wilinski each recorded their first home run of the season.
