North 4th Street will be closed between East Avenue A and East Avenue B beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. The closure is scheduled to allow the City Forestry Division to remove a boulevard tree in the area. The work is expected to be completed by noon on the same day.
No detour route will be provided during this period.
