The yard waste collection site #2 in Bismarck, North Dakota, located at the Riverwood Golf Course parking lot on 725 Riverwood Drive, will be temporarily closed from July 29 to July 30, 2025. This closure is due to resurfacing work being conducted on the parking lot, which necessitates the removal of yard waste containers. The site is expected to reopen on July 31st, weather permitting.
Residents are advised to use alternative collection sites during this period. The available sites include Santa Fe Avenue & 12th Street (Cottonwood Park parking lot), Thayer Avenue & Griffin Street, Georgia Street & Park Avenue, and the Community Garden by Larks Baseball (East of South Hannifan Street between West Sweet Avenue and Memorial Highway).
