Avenue C, located between Griffin Street and Hannifin Street, will be closed for water line work starting on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The complete closure is expected to last two days. Following this period, there will be about three weeks of intermittent shifted lanes. During the full closure, the detour route will include Griffin Street, Avenue A, and Hannifin Street.
