East Avenue C in Bismarck will be closed between 9th Street and 16th Street starting Monday, June 30, 2025. The closure is part of a street reconstruction project expected to last approximately two weeks.
The city has outlined detour routes for drivers affected by the closure. Eastbound traffic should follow a route north on 9th Street, east on Boulevard Avenue, and south on 16th Street. Westbound traffic is advised to go south on 16th Street, west on Rosser Avenue, and then north on 9th Street.
