North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced the temporary closure of the Northwest Human Service Center in Williston due to necessary water main repairs. The facility will be closed from 2 p.m. today, Friday, June 20, and is expected to resume normal operations on Monday, June 23.

The closure impacts only on-site services at the center. HHS team members are contacting individuals with scheduled appointments to inform them of the change. Scheduled community appointments will proceed unless individuals are notified otherwise.

Crisis services remain available around the clock for those in need. "People experiencing a behavioral health crisis should call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline for immediate help," advised HHS.
