On Friday, March 14, former Legacy High School standout Elise Stewart’s current college team, the Minnesota Morris Cougars, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Gwynedd Mercy Griffins.

The game took place at North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Griffins this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 9 a.m. at North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex against UMass Boston Beacons.
