The Planning and Zoning meeting, held on April 15, included discussions on several key agenda items. The meeting commenced at 6:00 PM with a call to order, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call, and approval of the agenda.
During the meeting, two moratorium hearings and first readings were conducted. Firstly, the 2025-02 ordinance concerning data centers and cryptocurrency mining facilities was addressed. Subsequently, the 2025-03 ordinance regarding solar energy facilities was presented.
Both readings highlight important considerations for the municipality's future development plans.
