A public meeting of the Oliver County Weed Control Board is scheduled for March 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
The agenda begins with the meeting being called to order and a roll call at 2:00 PM. Following this, there will be a reorganization of the board at 2:10 PM. At 2:20 PM, the agenda will be approved, and minutes from the previous meeting held on December 11, 2024, will be approved at 2:25 PM.
At 2:30 PM, bids for the 2025 Chemical Cost Share Program will be opened. The board will select which chemicals to offer for the upcoming season and set pricing for cost share chemicals at 2:45 PM.
An update from the Weed Control Officer regarding new sprayers and discussions on rental pricing and legal agreements are scheduled for 3:00 PM. Finally, possible uses for remaining TAG funding available will be discussed at 3:15 PM.
