The North Dakota Lottery has announced a significant Powerball win in Fargo. A ticket purchased at Don’s Car Wash, located at 2500 52nd Ave South, matched four white balls and the Powerball number to secure a $150,000 prize. The winning numbers for Monday night's draw were 2, 17, 18, 29, 43, with the Powerball being 3. The Power Play multiplier was set at 3.
Originally valued at $50,000, the prize increased to $150,000 due to the player's selection of the Power Play option. As a result of selling the winning ticket, Don’s Car Wash will receive a $2,000 bonus. The winner must claim their prize at the North Dakota Lottery office within 180 days from the date of the draw.
Randy Miller, interim director of the North Dakota Lottery, commented on recent lottery successes: “We’ve had a really good start with winnings in 2025, totaling almost $250,000 in prize wins of $1,000 or more.” He also noted that besides this notable Powerball win, there have been three additional jackpot wins from the game "2by2," each worth $22,000. Additionally, over a dozen other prizes ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 have been awarded since January.
The upcoming Powerball jackpot for Wednesday's draw is estimated at $154 million. Further details and winning numbers can be found on LOTTERY.ND.GOV.
