Bismarck City Offices and the landfill will not operate on Monday, February 17, 2025, due to the Presidents' Day holiday. Consequently, there will be no garbage collection or curbside recycling collection (gold route) on that day.

The schedule for garbage and recycling collection from Monday through Thursday will be delayed by one day throughout the week. For instance, collections usually scheduled for Monday will occur on Tuesday, those for Tuesday will happen on Wednesday, and so forth. Residents are reminded to set out their garbage and recycling by 6:00 a.m. on their designated collection day.

Landfill operations will resume from Tuesday through Saturday with operating hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Similarly, the Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center will also be closed on February 17 but will open from Tuesday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
