North Dakota Council on the Arts issued the following announcement on March 30.
NDCA wants to highlight another amazing woman representing the arts in North Dakota. Meet Pieper Bloomquist: contemporary folk artist and registered nurse, working and living in the Eastern part of North Dakota. It is awe inspiring to hear and see her passion for art, creativity and learning new things.
