Senator John Hoeven and a group of 25 other senators, led by Senator Tom Cotton, have called on the Biden administration to take action and protect Jewish students from pro-Hamas, anti-Semitic mobs on college campuses. In a letter addressed to Attorney General Merrick Garland and Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, the senators emphasized the need to restore order and ensure the safety of Jewish students amidst ongoing protests.

"You need to take action to restore order and protect Jewish students on our college campuses," the senators stated in their letter. They highlighted the importance of President Biden's condemnation of anti-Semitism and urged for immediate action to accompany his statement.
